These terms govern your use of Tiny Words. By using the app, you agree to these terms. Plain English version: be nice, have fun teaching your kids new words!

The App

Tiny Words is a vocabulary learning iOS app for toddlers. We provide:

• Free tier: Learn your first 5 words, no account required
• Pro subscription: Unlock 120+ words, voice recordings, cloud sync, and more

Subscriptions & Payments

Tiny Words Pro is available as a subscription through Apple's App Store:

• Monthly: Billed monthly, cancel anytime
• Annual: Billed yearly at a discounted rate
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Manage or cancel in iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions

Refunds: Refunds are handled by Apple according to their App Store policies. If you have issues, contact Apple Support or reach out to us at chris@dadquests.app — we're happy to help!

Your Account

A free account (via Sign in with Apple or Google) is required to use Tiny Words. Your account enables:

• Sync your children's progress across devices
• Restore your subscription on a new device
• Keep voice recordings backed up to the cloud

You're responsible for maintaining the security of your Apple ID or Google account.

Use with Children

Tiny Words is designed for parents/guardians to use with their children. You agree that:

• You are a parent or guardian of any child using the app
• You supervise your child's use of the app
• You consent to any voice recordings made of your child

Content

All content in Tiny Words (words, illustrations, sounds) is owned by us or licensed to us. You may not copy, redistribute, or sell our content.

Your recordings: Any voice recordings you make belong to you. We don't claim ownership of recordings you create.

Disclaimer

Tiny Words is provided "as is". While we do our best to make a great educational app, we can't guarantee specific learning outcomes. Every child learns differently!

Don't Be Evil

Please don't:

• Try to hack or reverse-engineer the app
• Share your account or subscription access
• Attempt to bypass the subscription or free tier limits
• Use the app for anything illegal
• Be a jerk (general rule)

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app means you accept any changes.
