These terms govern your use of Tiny Words. By using the app, you agree to these terms. Plain English version: be nice, have fun teaching your kids new words!

The App

Tiny Words is a vocabulary learning app for toddlers. We provide:

• Free tier: Learn your first 10 words
• Pro upgrade: Unlock 120+ words, recordings, achievements, and more

Purchases & Refunds

Tiny Words Pro is a one-time purchase — no subscriptions, no recurring charges.

• Your purchase unlocks Pro features forever on the device where you bought it
• Use your sync code or account to restore on other devices
• Prices are in USD and may vary by region

Refunds: Due to the digital nature of the product, we generally don't offer refunds once purchase is complete. However, if something went wrong or you're unhappy, please reach out to us at hello@tinywords.app — we're reasonable people and want you to be happy!

Your Account & Sync Code

When you purchase, you'll receive a 6-character sync code. This is your key to restore your purchase on other devices. Keep it safe!

• You're responsible for keeping your sync code secure
• Don't share your sync code publicly
• Creating an account is optional but makes restoring easier

Use with Children

Tiny Words is designed for parents/guardians to use with their children. You agree that:

• You are a parent or guardian of any child using the app
• You supervise your child's use of the app
• You consent to any voice recordings made of your child

Content

All content in Tiny Words (words, illustrations, sounds) is owned by us or licensed to us. You may not copy, redistribute, or sell our content.

Your recordings: Any voice recordings you make belong to you. We don't claim ownership of recordings you create.

Disclaimer

Tiny Words is provided "as is". While we do our best to make a great educational app, we can't guarantee specific learning outcomes. Every child learns differently!

Don't Be Evil

Please don't:

• Try to hack or reverse-engineer the app
• Share your sync code publicly or sell access
• Use the app for anything illegal
• Be a jerk (general rule)

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app means you accept any changes.
